Some more recent theatrical releases are now available at home. This is what you should queue up and watch from across all your favorite at-home services.
Bad Boys for Life (New to Own)
The third time is definitely the charm as the highest grossing movie of the year (thus far) is now yours to own. Bad Boys Mike (Will Smith) and Marcus (Martin Lawrence) team up for one last ride in the latest installment of the "Bad Boys" franchise. As they settle into life beyond chasing bad guys, Mike and Marcus are recruited by the Miami P.D. to join their elite task force to take down a mysterious assassin(s) who's targeted several high-powered Miami citizens and criminals.
Sonic the Hedgehog (New to Own)
Sega's favorite blue hedgehog dashes from his pixelated world into a real world adventure, as he teams up with small-town Sheriff Tom (James Marsden) to thwart the evil Dr. Robotnick (Jim Carrey), who's after our hero's super speed abilities.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (New to Rent)
Disney's Star Wars "Sequel Trilogy" and the beloved "Skywalker Saga" come to a close in this final episode, which sees honorary Jedi Rey (Daisy Ridley) and her Resistance heroes, Finn (John Boyega) and Poe (Oscar Isaac), taking on Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) and a greater threat to the galaxy, who was long considered dead.
Alt. Movie Pick: Portrait of a Lady on Fire (New to Stream)
In the 1770s, a young painter (Noémie Merlant) is commissioned to paint the portrait of a young woman (Adèle Haenel) as she prepares for her wedding day. As the two get to know each other, a deep bond begins to flourish. Wonderfully written and powerfully acted, Céline Sciamma's festival and critic favorite was a dark horse contender in last year's awards run. While it was no match for distributor Neon's other international hit "Parasite", the film still earned plenty of accolades, including Golden Globe and Independent Spirit Award nominations for Best Foreign Language/International Film.
