Matthew McConaughey, gearing up for his later McConaissance, stars in this twisty and entertaining legal drama as a slick lawyer who operates out of his Lincoln Continental sedan. His latest high-profile case involves defending a Beverly Hills playboy (Ryan Phillippe) accused of beating up a prostitute. As he leans into it, he discovers evidence that may tie into an earlier case where his client was eventually convicted (perhaps wrongly) of murder.

This acclaimed indie film which debuted at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival currently rates 91% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. The coming of age romance is about a 17-year-old poet in New York City. In the summer before her freshman year of college, she begins a passionate romance with an older music producer, and learns about the pains and complexities of adult relationships.

Now on Amazon Prime Video, "Like Crazy" stars actor Anton Yelchin (who tragically passed away much too young in 2016 at the age of 27) and actress Felicity Jones (nominated for Best Actress for "The Theory of Everything"). It's a timeless tale of the incredible love between two young people who meet, fall madly in love, and then must navigate a long-distance relationship. Through the ups and downs, they always seem to find a way back to each other.
