Netflix Pick:

The Lincoln Lawyer (2011)

Matthew McConaughey, gearing up for his later McConaissance, stars in this twisty and entertaining legal drama as a slick lawyer who operates out of his Lincoln Continental sedan. His latest high-profile case involves defending a Beverly Hills playboy (Ryan Phillippe) accused of beating up a prostitute. As he leans into it, he discovers evidence that may tie into an earlier case where his client was eventually convicted (perhaps wrongly) of murder.

Like Crazy (2011)
