The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It
Horror / 2021 / R
Another case, another curse. It's business as usual for Ed and Lorraine Warren, but there's no question that this might be the strongest force they've ever faced. Warner Bros just released the first official trailer for "The Conjuring 3" and it has this power couple hanging by a limb. What's even crazier is that this is another film in the franchise that is based on actual events. So, let's dig in.
"The Conjuring 3": Trailer Breakdown
The trailer begins with a confused man with red hands and a blood-soaked shirt. Once this man reaches the courtroom, he pleads not guilty. Why? Well, the Warrens seem to believe that the Devil (or at least some evil spirit) may have played a hand in this brutality. They believe that this man and his entire family are cursed.
Per usual, the skeptics express their doubt and their interest in "reality." As always, you have to see it to believe it. So, a member of the police department takes a stroll with the Warrens into the forest so that Lorraine can use her special abilities to find some clues. Fortunately, and unfortunately, she's a professional so she finds what she was looking for, along with something else. As she uses her power to chase after the truth, she abruptly stops, finding herself on the edge of a cliff. It becomes very clear that this was the demon's plan all along and she's fallen for its trap. Upon her realization, she's yanked by a zombie-like hand as Ed dives after her. Are the Warrens going to make it out of this one alive?
That's only the tip of the iceberg. There are plenty of other ill-fated occurrences in the horrific preview. We want you to experience them for yourself without our guidance...isn't that why we watch these movies? So, check out the new trailer for "The Conjuring 3" by clicking here or viewing below.
